Order Processing
- Orders are processed only after final design approval (where applicable) and confirmation of payment.
- Production schedules vary depending on product type, quantity, and customization requirements.
- Full payment of the amount due under the approved quotation or invoice is required before dispatch or handover, including collection from our premises. Any advance payment will be deducted from the order total, and the remaining balance must be paid before dispatch or handover. Orders will only be dispatched or handed over once receipt of full payment has been confirmed.
- Cancellation and refund requests are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on our website.
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.
- Delivery dates are approximate and may vary due to production schedules, logistics, holidays, supplier delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery Coverage
- Art Zone currently provides delivery services within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- International shipping may be available upon request and subject to additional charges and conditions.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Art Zone shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Delivery Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect delivered products immediately upon receipt and report any visible defects or issues within 48 hours of delivery.
Force Majeure
Art Zone shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to fulfill delivery obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, supplier delays, or other force majeure events.
