Order Processing

Delivery Time

- Delivery dates are approximate and may vary due to production schedules, logistics, holidays, supplier delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery Coverage
- Art Zone currently provides delivery services within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- International shipping may be available upon request and subject to additional charges and conditions.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Art Zone shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Delivery Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect delivered products immediately upon receipt and report any visible defects or issues within 48 hours of delivery.
Force Majeure
Art Zone shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to fulfill delivery obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, supplier delays, or other force majeure events.
