Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before production or customization begins.
  • Once design work, printing, engraving, branding, manufacturing, or customization has commenced, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Art Zone is unable to fulfill the order.
  • The delivered product materially differs from the approved specifications.
  • A verified manufacturing or production defect is confirmed by Art Zone.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Customer-approved designs later changed by the customer.
  • Errors originating from customer-provided text, images, logos, specifications, or instructions.
  • Customized, printed, engraved, branded, personalized, or made-to-order products once production or customization has started, except where a verified manufacturing defect attributable to Art Zone exists.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

Customers requesting a refund should contact Art Zone and provide relevant order information and supporting documentation for review.
