5. Intellectual Property

- All concepts, drafts, designs, and creative materials produced by Art Zone remain the property of Art Zone until full payment has been received.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Art Zone reserves the right to display completed work within its portfolio and marketing materials.
6. Payments
- Payment terms are specified in each quotation, invoice, or purchase agreement.
- Production may begin only after receipt of the required advance payment.
- Failure to make payments on time may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of the project.
7. Online Payments
Payments processed through the website are handled by secure third-party payment gateways. Art Zone does not store customers' payment card information or sensitive banking credentials.
8. Limitation of Liability
